We are open Monday to Friday from 9am-5.30pm. Orders can be placed 24 hours a day 352 days a year.

How do I use your site?
Shopping with us is really easy. As you browse our store simply click your chosen item to add to your basket. When you’ve finished shopping you simply proceed to the checkout where you will add your personal details i.e. name & address to process your order. Once you have successfully placed your order you will receive an order confirmation email from us – this is sent immediately. When your order leaves us you will receive a dispatch confirmation email.

If you experience any difficulties using the site, please do let us know and we’ll look into it.

How will my items be dispatched 
Orders placed before 5pm Mon-Fri (excluding bank holidays) are dispatched the same day.

When packing our products we make every attempt to ensure that they will arrive in pristine condition by packaging them safely and securely. We use strong postal boxes along with protective bubble wrap for most items.

If any of your products are broken or damaged and cannot be used then notify us within 2 days of receipt of goods.

Allergy Information
All ingredients are listed in the individual products descriptions. Due to the wide range of products we stock which can be imported from around the world, we cannot guarantee that our products are free of nuts or nut traces.

Satisfaction Guarantee
We are confident that you will be enormously happy with your purchase so if for any reason it doesn’t meet your expectations please let us know by sending an email to karen@gifthamperz.co.uk

You can return the goods to us, within fourteen days of receipt, stating clearly your order number and a brief description why you have decided to return it and we will refund you for the value of the products or replace them with no quibbles or questions.

For your own peace of mind we recommend you use recorded delivery when returning goods to us. You need to cover the cost of the return postage charge unless otherwise agreed with us.

We aim to respond to all concerns or complaints and returns within 2 working days.

VAT
VAT at the current rate will be included for all products that are subject to VAT.

Delivery information

Orders placed before 5pm Mon-Fri (excluding bank holidays) are dispatched the same day.

We Ship using ROYAL MAIL BUSINESS SERVICES.

When packing our products we make every attempt to ensure that they will arrive in pristine condition by packaging them safely and securely. We use strong postal boxes along with protective bubble wrap for all items.

If any of your products are broken or damaged and cannot be used then notify us within 2 working days of receipt of the goods. Orders are only dispatched on working days Monday to Friday. This excludes Bank Holidays.

We cannot be held responsible for any failed or delayed delivery as a result of incorrect, incomplete or unclear address information. Therefore we would urge you to check this thoroughly as you checkout and on the order confirmation email. Once your order leaves us we’re unable to change address information.

If your order is returned to us because the recipient has failed to respond after Royal Mail has attempted deliveries and notified them, you must cover the cost of re-sending the order should you wish to do so. If you choose for us not to resend your order after it’s been returned we will refund you the value of the order only, not the delivery costs.

In the unlikely event that you order goes missing we will offer to send a replacement order and submit a claim with Royal Mail’s Fraud and Investigation team.

Unless you instruct us otherwise, orders are automatically authorised to be left with a neighbour if the recipient is out (they will always try to deliver it directly first though). In this event, Royal Mail will leave a card advising you where they have left your package. If you DO NOT want your order to be left with any neighbours or there is a safe place where you are happy for it to be left please tell us in the delivery instructions box when you check out so we can inform them.

We offer FREE UK mainland delivery on orders over £200 up to a maximum weight of 20kg.
